Instagram star Dan Bilzerian has taken on a whole new image based on his most recent photo.

The picture that was posted on the playboy's Instagram page on Thursday shows Bilzerian in attire that's different from a white T-shirt or no shirt at all. He's wearing a classy suit with a tie as he stands next to a young woman in a white dress. Her outfit has some frills as she and Bilzerian pose for the camera.

Bilzerian captioned the image, "At Amfar with @queenxenia... #BeingClassyIsPainful."

This photo is a stretch compared to his other images that show the Instagram star with semi-nude women, firing guns or playing poker. A picture that was posted right before this one shows a woman from the chest down as she wears tight lingerie, barely covering her skin.

This seemed to excite Bilzerian considering the picture's caption was "Good morning to me #ImAGodAtSea."

The playboy recently got into legal trouble after a porn actress named Janice Griffith broke her foot after Bilzerian threw her off a roof into his pool. But according to the millionaire's lawyer, the situation is likely upon Griffith considering she reportedly agreed to go along with the stunt.

"Maybe your client's theory is that Mr. Bilzerian negligently violated the established standard of reasonable care for one who throws a porn actor off a roof into a pool during a photo shoot for an adult magazine," Bilzerian's lawyer wrote in a letter to Griffith's lawyer, as published by TMZ. "I'll let that sink in for a moment."
