A whole new host of villains came out of the woodwork for the series' season 4 promo (see video below), and Lydia believes Stiles' favorite weapon needs a bit of an upgrade if he wishes to compete.

After a glance at three of Teen Wolf's newest baddies, we agree with the young banshee. After his ordeal with the Nogitsune, it might be best for Stiles if he just went inside, locked the door, and ignored Beacon Hills' next problem until it looks for a new town to menace.

If Kate Argent's werejaguare wasn't trouble enough, Scott's pack will also spent season 4 battling the benefactor. While details regarding the benevolently named villain are few and far between, it appears The Benefactor will either be a terrifying skeletal warrior (see 16 seconds) or the pale, mouthless humanoid (possibly played by Joseph Gatt) that appears at 17 seconds.

Speaking with Flicks and the City, Gatt proved unable to spill any major details regarding his upcoming role (a dearth of words that will be rather amusing if it turns out his character is actually devoid of a moth), but the actor did hint at his character's disposition.

"It's a really cool character and apparently I made such an impression that they're bringing me back for more," Gatt, who is currently filming for Teen Wolf, explained to Flicks and the City. "It's a very dark, very creepy character, of course. I can not say more, but season 4 is going to really, really kick butt."
