As filming for Jurassic World is currently underway, and part of the film has been shot, the first movie stills were revealed on June 12.

Jurassic World To Feature Pterodactyl Riders?

A.V. Club published the exclusive pictures featuring actors Chris Pratt, Bryce Dallas Howard and Ty Simpkins. In the shots Chris Pratt looks all buff, closer to his look in Zero Dark Thirty than Parks and Recreation. The actor plays Owen, and the character is believed to have his way with the dinosaurs.

JoBlo recently got information from an insider that Owen will actually be a dinosaur trainer and he will be working with the T-Rex and the raptors, i.e. the "good dinos."

Jurassic World To Be A 'Bold New Story' That 'Doesn't Rely On A Proven Formula'?

In one picture Owen stands sexily with a vintage Harley. In another image, he is seen talking to Bryce Dallas Howard, who plays Beth, with a trailer in the backdrop. The third still features Ty Simpkins, who plays Gray, is seen looking all shocked and a mite scared with another Nick Robinson, who plays Zach, in the forest. They are looking at something, and it seems like they're most probably confronted by a dinosaur.

The Jurassic Park films are based on Michael Crichton's series of novels about pre-historic beasts being revived by revolutionary gene technology. Frank Marshall and Pat Crowley are co-producing the film alongside Steven Spielberg, who directed the first two installments in the franchise.
