Her partner of three years may competing in the 2014 World Cup for Spain, but singer Shakira may be rooting for another country to win the ultimate prize in soccer.

The Can't Remember to Forget You singer has been dating FC Barcelona Centre-back Gerard Pique since 2011, but as a native Columbian, she may be rooting for her home country instead of her boyfriend's.

The singer, who has been encouraging fans to show their support for their countries via Instagram, posted her own photo where she ran into the distance holding the Colombian national flag, with her long black dress flowing behind her.

She and Pique have been together since 2011, which the singer confirmed on her Facebook page at the time. The couple also welcomed a son together, Milan Pique Mebarak, on January 22, 2013.

Though Shakira has apparently declared her loyalties to Columbia during the World Cup, she may still be able to pull double duty and support both her home country and her boyfriend. The two countries are not yet scheduled to compete against one another, meaning that unless they both make it to the final rounds of the Cup, she won't be forced to root for one or the other.

Pique and his team will face off at 3 p.m. June 13 against the Netherlands, June 18 against Chile and June 23 against Australia. Colombia will face off against Greece on June 14, Cote D'Ivoire June 19 and Japan on June 24.

Shakira also recorded this year's World Cup anthem, La La La.
