Game of Thrones actor Jason Momoa was recently cast to play Aquaman in Batman v Superman in addition to future D.C. Cinematic Universe properties like Justice League. Momoa is widely known as a huge, physically fit actor, leading some fans to question his casting as the aquatic superhero.

However, on the Hollywood Babble-On podcast, Smith says that despite the stereotype about Aquaman being a relatively weak superhero, he could be strong and "bada--" in the film.

"Well, I think most people of course when they think of f- Aquaman, they think of the traditional cartoon version, but the current version or incarnation is he's a bada-- king of the seven seas, a warlord to some degree. So I could see where they would get away with casting this dude."
