Lindsay Lohan recently wrapped up the adventurous set of the Lifetime flick, "Liz & Dick." However, now, Lohan is reportedly in talks to star in the latest installment of the Scary Movie series--Scary Movie 5 along with High School Musical actress, Ashley Tisdale.

The New York Post reported that Lohan met with Dimensions Films executive producer, Bob Weinstein, to converse about joining the cast. Lohan was casted in the lead role as Elizabeth Taylor in the Lifetime biopic. However, she also caused a lot of publicized drama on the set. 

"Lohan raised plenty of eyebrows during filming of Liz & Dick: she landed in the hospital after crashing an $80,000 black Porsche on her way to the set. Even worse, on June 15, she was found unresponsive by paramedics inside her hotel penthouse.  At the time, the 26-year-old's rep claimed she was suffering from dehydration and exhaustion," Celebuzz reported.

The Scary Movie franchise has been hugely successful at spoofing horror films. The first four installments grossed over $818 million collectively. Stars including, Anna Faris, Jenny McCarthy, Pamela Anderson, Carmen Electra, and Charlie Sheen have starred in the series previously. 

Scary Movie 5 will be co-written by David Zucker, who penned the comedies--Airplane! and Top Secret. The film's anticipated release is April 19, 2013.
