Channing Tatum Reveals His 'Favorite Thing To Do' With His Daughter

A preview of the magazine can be seen on Natural Health Mag where the actress revealed that while she is a vegan, her husband, Channing Tatum, is not.

"He's a meat-eating Southern boy from Alabama!" Dewan-Tatum said. "We're very opposite-attracts in that way. But he respects that I am. He comes with me to vegan restaurants, politely eats and goes, 'That's kind of good.'"

As for her one-year-old child, Everly, the actress made it clear that she and her husband will let her decide if she wants to be a meat-eater or not.

"I don't believe in forcing anyone into anything, but I'll do my best to introduce her to healthy eating habits," she said. "We have a little garden so I'll say, 'Let's go pick the vegetables we're going to eat tonight.'"

Dewan-Tatum said that her pediatrician told her that it's totally healthy to have a vegan child, which she thinks is great.

"But when Everly gets older, I think we should allow her to be her own person," she added.

The actress mentioned that becoming a vegan has only had positive benefits on her ever since she made that decision two or three years ago.

"After going vegan, I felt so much better," she said. "My skin cleared up, I had a ton more energy and I just felt clearer in my head."
