The entire U.S. Women's National Volleyball Team bared it all for ESPN The Magazine's 2012 "Body Issue" to hit newsstands on Friday.

In one of the pictures from the photo shoot, the seven players appear nude standing behind a volleyball net and covering themselves only with a ball. See the picture here.

Four of the players Destinee Hooker, 24 Opposite; Megan Hodge, 23, Outside hitter; Alisha Glass, 24, Setter; and
Stacy Sykora, 35, Liberoare, are featured naked separately in individual photo shoots with their body statistics and their thoughts about their own bodies.

"The bodies are different because the positions we have are so different. You have little people, tall people, big, skinny, you have everything. It's like football in a way," Outside hitter Megan Hodge told the magazine.

The seven Olympic hopefuls are ranked first in the world and hope to win the team's first gold medal in the London Olympics.

Other ladies featured in the much anticipated "Body Issue" are runner Carmelita Jeter, Brazilian surfer Maya Gabeira, American soccer player Abby Wambach and WNBA player Candace Parker, among others.

Most of the ladies mentioned above, if not all, said in interviews with the magazine, that they felt comfortable with their bodies and were hoping to get positive feedback from people.

A total of 27 athletes -male and female- posed for this year's issue. Six of them grace six different covers that will be distributed randomly, ESPN said.
