Jessica Simpson is officially a married woman again.

The ceremony that took place on Saturday was located at San Ysidro Ranch in Santa Barbara County, according to E! News. Simpson exchanged vows with her new husband, Eric Johnson, on the ranch's lawn in a traditional setting. The site mentioned that there were rose gardens under a canopy with chevron seating.

When the big moment of "I Do" took place, cheers reportedly erupted as the Beach Boys' popular hit God Only Knows rang throughout the event.

Jessica Simpson Has 'Been Very Picky?'

A few other celebrities showed up to the wedding that consisted of more than 250 guests. Simpson's younger sister Ashlee attended with her fiance, Evan Ross. Sin City star Jessica Alba also made an appearance along with That 70s Show star Topher Grace. His girlfriend and football friends had also attended.

The site has not posted pictures of the ceremony at this point, but it was revealed that a majority of the women were wearing gowns that were pink, turquoise and other bright colors. Most of the men were wearing fancy black tuxedos.

The couple also had a rehearsal dinner on Thursday night, which was followed by a barbeque for Independence Day on Friday. The morning before the wedding, Simpson had a lunch with her bridal party as guests enjoyed champagne while getting their hair and makeup done.

Simpson and Johnson have two children together - a daughter named Maxwell who's two and a son named Ace who's one.

Simpson was previously married to Nick Lachey. They divorced in 2006.
