Silas (Michael Easton), Sam (Kelly Monaco) and Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) have been dealt some huge blows in their lives lately--but a car accident could give them the biggest ones yet on General Hospital.

Rafe Gets Into A Second Potentially Deadly Car Accident

Rafe (Jimmy Deshler) realized his uncle knew the truth about his causing the accident which killed Patrick (Jason Thompson) and Sabrina's (Teresa Castillo) son Gabriel, and because he didn't want to face the consequences of both that and his recent cocaine use, he took off in the car once again--with Alexis' daughter Molly (Haley Pullos) in the front seat. As the two sped up the road in an attempt to escape Sam and Dante (Dominic Zamprogna), the car crashed--and now both of the teens' lives hang in the balance.

"Rafe, you with me?" Dante asks an unconscious Rafe as he arrives on the scene in a preview clip for the Monday, July 7 episode.

Sam, Patrick and Silas Close In On Rafe

While he checks on Rafe, Sam will be forced to see if Molly is okay--and won't find her kid sister in good condition.

"She's not waking up!" Sam shouts to Dante with panic in her voice.

Meanwhile, Alexis will receive word of the accident-and not too long after she heard of the "death" of Molly's father, Ric (Rick Hearst), she may need to contend with possibly losing her teenaged daughter as well.

"Alexis, I'm so sorry. There's been an accident," Julian (Michael DeVry) tells her over the phone.

As his nephew's life hangs in the balance, Silas will also have to contend with his recently returned wife, Nina (Michelle Stafford) as well--though he still has no idea she is planning a secret revenge for his affair with Ava (Maura West) 20+ years before.

Now, Nina will potentially begin the second phase of her plot--messing with Silas and Ava's daughter, Kiki (Kristen Aldersen).

"Are you trying to get rid of me?" Kiki asks her in the clip.

General Hospital airs Monday-Friday at 2 p.m. on ABC.
