Mahone tweeted that his video for his hit song Mmm Yeah with Pitbull just reached 50 million views. "50 million views on #mmmyeah video!!! thank u guys".

That's a huge accomplishment for a singer who has just begun his career. Mahone just released his EP The Secret and is gearing up for his summer U.S. tour with The Vamps, Shawn Mendes and Fifth Harmony.

Mahone also revealed recently that he is writing for his next album with his friend and Don'tsinger Ed Sheeran. "I'm working on my next album so that should come out at the end of this year, if not the beginning of next year," Mahone told Capital FM. "I'm working on that, hopefully I'll get in the studio with Ed. He's a great writer, so hopefully I'll get to write with him a little bit."

Sheeran and Mahone both opened up for Taylor Swift on her Red tour last year. In November 2013, Mahone had said he learned a lot from just watching Swift on tour. "It's been amazing. I've learned so many things from watching her perform and work the crowd," he told Life & Style."She's super talented."

Mahone starts his own summer tour on July 25 in San Antonio, Texas after recently wrapping up a promotion tour overseas.
