Beyonce Confirms Jay Z Cheating Rumors During 'On The Run' Tour

Daily Mail reported Monday that the power couple is indeed in marriage counseling. But it doesn't necessarily mean their relationship is in trouble.

"It might sound drastic but in America especially, counseling is fairly standard procedure.They have known their therapist for a long time and try to have weekly sessions just to keep communication open and make sure there are no misunderstandings," a source said.

The Carter clan has fought off rumors of that they are splitting up for months now. The insider continued and said they simply want to guarantee their marriage stays afloat.

"It's about maintenance rather than trying to fix anything hugely wrong. They are both happy and their daughter, Blue Ivy, remains their absolutely priority."

One of the most recent rumors Beyoncé and Jay Z have dodged is that he has cheated on her with Case of the Ex singer Mya. Mya candidly shut down those rumors herself. She told a fan, "Never did, never was, never will. I play second to no one, pay my own bills, have my own label, own management company, rely on God and respect myself & marriage too much for nonsense."

She went on to say that the rumors have been sparked by "miserable" people.

Beyoncé and Jay Z also became the center of headlines when the Countdown singer's sister, Solange Knowles, attacked him in an elevator back in May. The trio released a joint statement to let fans know all is well.

"At the end of the day families have problems and we're no different. We love each other and above all we are family. We've put this behind us and hope everyone else will do the same."
