There are a lot of fans who would agree that Heather Dubrow is a natural beauty but according to her husband Dr. Terry Dubrow, the Real Housewives of Orange County star has a few secrets behind her ageless looks, too. Apparently, Dr. Dubrow let it slip that his wife has been getting botox injections since the age of 27.

In a new interview with RumorFix, the plastic surgeon was very candid about his famous wife and what work she should and should not be getting when it comes to her looks and body.

"She had this little wrinkle so I asked her, 'Does it bother you?' She said 'Yes' so I started injecting her at 27," Dr. Dubrow admitted. "But she only does Botox once a year - it lasts forever on her!"

Dr. Dubrow also added that while his wife has never gone under the knife, she recently considered fixing her breasts.

"Those four children just sucked the life out of them," he added. "Her breasts are still good but they are slightly deflated, but equally attractive."

While the mother-of-four hasn't made up her mind yet on whether or not she wants corrective surgery on her breasts, her husband is completely back her up, no matter what her decision will be, although he's rather not see her go under the knife.

"We have talked about it. I don't want my wife to have any plastic surgery," Dr. Dubrow explained. "Look at her - what would you do? My wife's body is unbelievable. My wife is rarified air."
