Yet, born to a Thai mother and Norwegian father, Teigen is not your typical model.
Below are five reasons why we can't get enough of John Legend's wife.
For one, the 28-year-old exotic beauty can take a really good photo and she shines every time she appears in a magazine like Cosmopolitan, GQ and Ocean Drive or walks a red carpet.
But, she's also not afraid of people seeing her without all the glitz and glam. She proudly shares photos and video of herself without an ounce of makeup with her more than 750,000 Instagram followers.
She's a model who loves to eat -- and, I'm not talking fruits and vegetables. The 28-year-old, who is also a culinary school graduate, shares photos on Instagram of flatbread, spicy beef sopapilla and huevos rancheros. One glance at Teigen's social media account will probably make you really hungry.
She's not afraid to say what's on her mind. The 5-foot-8 model is often attacked on social media from users who comment on her weight and others who are just simply disrespectful. While many celebrities tend to ignore those hateful comments, Teigen takes another more comical approach.

Finally, her relationship with John Legend is the cutest thing ever. Not only does Legend write songs about his lady of eight years -- You & I and All of Me -- Teigen also appears in his music videos. And, their social media posts are another reason to say "aw."
