The preview clip for the upcoming episode of season 2 of Ray Donovan was revealed on July 21 and it shows Ray (Liev Schreiber) going to any length to get his daughter into the Bel Air Academy.

Ray 'Desperate For Some Kind Of Connection' With Mickey In Season 2 Of Ray Donovan

In the video Ray is seen dealing with an important school administrator, trying to find out what it would take to get his kid admission in the prestigious institution. The administrator has a peculiar request, a coveted porn star he has tried "50 times" to get but hasn't been successful so far. He asks Ray to figure that one out for him and he would return the favor. The administrator is later seen filming an A-rated film with the woman in question but the stars husband gets riled up midway and things go awry.

The clip also shows the parallel story of Boston Globe journalist, played by Vinessa Shaw, inquiring about Sully Sullivan's murder. She seems to not only create trouble for Ray and Mickey but also LA's FBI division head, James Cochran, played by Hank Azaria. "Why is the Boston Globe's Lois Lane asking me questions?" Cochran is seen asking Ray.

Liev Schreiber Thought Showtime Series Would "Drive Him Bonkers"?

There is also the suggestion of flirtation between Ray and the Shaw's character as when she is pressing him for answers, he asks her if she always stands as close -- as she does with him -- when talking to people.

Ray Donovan's second season premiered on July 13.

The third episode of the season will air on Sunday, July 27 at 9 p.m. ET/PT.
