"Zoe is about three months pregnant," a source told Us Weekly. "But she will only announce the news when she's ready."
Another sourced added that the 36-year-old always "wanted a big family" and Perego is "on board too."

The Guardians of the Galaxy actress stirred rumors of her pregnancy with the dress she wore to the movie's red carpet premiere on Monday in Hollywood. The tight Louis Vuitton outfit emphasized a little baby bump.
Days before the premiere, she also shared a photo on Instagram on Saturday that showed off a little bulge in her outfit.
"And that is a wrap on US Press Day #1 on #guardiansofthegalaxy . See you all tomorrow gang!" she wrote as the caption.
Saldana and Perego, an Italian-born artist, got married last June in England in front of a few close friends and relatives. "I'm not a private person, but I am discreet, so it felt right," she told Net-a-Porter of her secret nuptials.
The low-key couple made their first public appearance together at the 2014 AOL NewFronts event at Duggal Greenhouse in New York City in April and held each other as they posed for a photo. The actress wore a Roksanda Ilincic dress paired with Christian Louboutin shoes and jewelry by EF Collection and Melinda Maria. Her long-haired beau sported a suit.
The Star Trek Into Darkness actress was reportedly head over heels from the moment the two were first linked last May. "Zoe is super-happy right now," a source told E! News that month. "She's in a really happy place."
