Miranda Lambert isn't the only country artist who likes to bring her dogs out on tour. The singer's Somethin' Bad duet partner Carrie Underwood also bring her little ones, rat terrier Ace and dachshund mix Penny, along for the ride.

While Lambert's dogs enjoying singing with her, Underwood has admitted that audiences won't be getting a glimpse of her dogs anywhere near the stage. According to CMT on Monday, Underwood's afraid all the noise would her small dogs unnecessary stress, a worrisome distraction the performer doesn't need during a concert.

"I would think the bright lights and noise would scare them pretty good," claimed Underwood, "So I leave them on my bus when I can. They need their quiet time too."

While Underwood doesn't travel with her husband, NHL player Mike Fisher, she does take comfort in having her dogs with her. She has insisted that "they're totally worth the extra costs and efforts" when charged additional fees at hotels or are inconvenienced out on the road. The singer's affection for her little ones is abundantly clear based on Twitter posts and Instagram photos that show Ace and Penny in enjoying a good meal or lying nestled in Underwood's loving arms.

"He makes me appreciate all the little things in life because he is a little thing," smiled the singing sensation while talking about Ace during a 2010 interview (featured below).

Underwood will continue touring the country through September 27. Her latest album has yet to receive a title or release date.
