Tim McGraw is currently on tour for his new album Sundown Heaven Town, with a performance Thursday August 7 at the Walmart Arkansas Music Pavilion.

According to the Walmart AMP, the space, which can hold 11,000 audience members, is completely sold out. McGraw with be performing with NBC's The Voice winner Cassadee Pope as well as Kip Moore.

"After doing this for 20 years, the challenge is always to find new ways to top what you did the last tour," explained McGraw. "This summer is all about getting as close to the fans as possible and creating that connection with them, so we can really get to know each other and feed off that energy."

While wife Faith Hill does sing part of the duet Meanwhile Back At Mama's on her husband's new album, it looks like the fellow country singer won't be joining McGraw on stage when he appears in Arkansas on Thursday. Nonetheless, McGraw assures fans that the audience will get some incredible new material direct from his latest record.

"Fans this summer are goijng to get to hear some new songs off the new album too," added McGraw, "Which is cool because I'll get that immediate feedback that only a live crowd can provide."

Tim McGraw hits the Walmart AMP as part of the summer concert series Thursday, August 7 at 7:30 p.m. His new album Sundown Heaven Town will be released September 16, 2014.
