A new clip from the upcoming episode of Ray Donovan shows the FBI's LA division head James Cochran (Hank Azaria) interrogating Mickey (Jon Voight) and demanding he make a pretty damning choice.

Liev Schreiber Was "Giggling Through The First Two Episodes" Of Season 2 Of Ray Donovan?

In the video Cochran is seen half-threatening Mickey in a special interrogation room asking him to take tough decision. Cochran begins by telling Mickey that he doesn't have too much of a problem with him and didn't see his freedom as much of a danger but that his son, Ray (Liev Schreiber), was his real problem. "He's out of control and I'm not going to let him f*** up my plans," he says of Ray.

"So which one of you goes to prison, you or Ray?" Cochran finally asks Mickey, giving him an hour to think about it.

Even the preview of the upcoming episode focusses on Ray's concern about Mickey spilling all to Cochran. In the clip, Ray is seen expressing his concerns about Mickey's endangering all of them with Ezra Goldman (Elliot Gould).

"Mickey's talking to Cochran, he could tell him everything," he says. "We could go to jail, Ezra."

But maybe Mickey would not go down the destructive path as at a special screening of Ray Donovan on May 28, Schreiber and Voight spoke about their relationship as father and son and suggested it would evolve. Schreiber suggested that they would always have "proximity issues" but fans will get to see them get a "little closer" this time around. He also added that the Donovans were generally a "touchy-feely" bunch so there is some affection there. But Voight suggested that the they always needed to keep a little bit of "danger" in the equation so they weren't going to be getting closer just yet.

The second season premiered on July 13.

The next episode of Ray Donovan will air on Sunday, Aug 10 at 8 pm ET/PT on Showtime.
