Pitch Perfect 2 may have wrapped recently, but star Anna Kendrick still managed to thank her fans for all of the birthday wishes.

Director Elizabeth Banks Teases New 'Pitch Perfect 2' Scene

Kendrick turned 29 on August 9 and on Monday thanked her fans via Twitter for their well wishes. "The birthday messages on here have been unreal. You guys never fail to amaze me. Lucky effin' lady over here. Xoxo"

Kendrick recently wrapped the sequel to the hilarious Pitch Perfect and revealed to People last week what terrified her on the set.

"Without spoiling anything," she said, "there is a point [in Pitch Perfect 2] when I am at a great height and have to jump, and it was actually totally terrifying and took me like three takes to even jump. Even thinking about it right now makes my stomach turn."

Pitch Perfect 2 will continue to follow the Bellas, a group of female college students at Barden University striving for a cappella gold. The first film came out in 2012 and become a surprise hit for everyone involved. Star Elizabeth Banks is directing the second film. Pitch Perfect 2 also stars Anna Camp, Rebel Wilson, Skylar Astin, Brittany Snow and newcomer (to the film) Hailee Steinfeld. Steinfeld seemed sad as well when Pitch Perfect 2 wrapped up at the end of July. The Begin Again star tweeted "Aca-nt believe today is the last day. #waaaaaaaaaaaaa #PitchPerfect2"

The film is supposed to come out in the spring of 2015.
