Landing a new gig at an Austin strip club may seem like a step down for self-proclaimed entrepreneur and former Teen Mom star Farrah Abraham, but the star insists her new job isn't permanent. In fact, she considers it to be "research."

According to E! on Wednesday, the reality star is adding stripping to her resume, which already includes a "sex tape," design of a sex toy line, erotic novel trilogy, and an upcoming Austin, Texas restaurant.

Abraham told E! that she took a job as a cocktail waitress and then stripper at the Palazio Gentlemen's Club as research for "future projects."

"A friend of mine works there and I'm researching," claimed Abraham, "I've been trying out all the roles that make up a gentleman's club… it's job shadowing that I hope pays off."

How long will Abraham stay with the job? She wouldn't say, though she has claimed that it's been very useful so far.

After comparing her own research to that of Jennifer Aniston for her stripping role in the 2013 comedy We're the Millers, Abraham began to elaborate on her process. "It's how I get the information to write my books and do my movies," she explained, "Unfortunately, I'm not free to talk about what those future projects may be."

The reality star has admitted previously that she's taken on some "Christian-based" film roles, though it is uncertain whether or not her stripping research is related to these or separate projects.
