With rumors swirling that two of the co-stars of the Divergent franchise are dating, it seems like the red carpet premiere for the next movie in the series could lay those rumors to sleep for good.

The next movie in the franchise, Insurgent, is set to open in theaters in early 2015 and it could also be the first appearance of the previously unseen girlfriend of star Theo James. James has been rumored to be dating longtime love Ruth Kearney, but has also fielded rumors that he and costar Shailene Woodley have become an item.

James and Kearney have shielded their relationship from the media so far, with no pictures of the couple in public. But it seems like the star could finally bring her into the public light with the two walking down the red carpet together at the premiere of Insurgent in March.

But that hasn't stopped some from thinking that James and Kearney have broken up with his sights of Woodley, who spend time together both on set and during press tours for the movies. This is similar to recent rumors that costar Ansel Elgort broke up with his longtime girlfriend recently.

While the public may have to wait to get clarification on James being single or not, it seems like the actor is having luck lately with Divergent doing well at the box office and securing corresponding sequels and the Underworld franchise being rebooted with James at the lead.

Insurgent is set to open in theaters on March 20, 2015.
