The biggest secrets on General Hospital are all finally coming out and when the truth is exposed, some will have major questions to answer-and others will have nowhere to hide.

Liz Continues To Try And Figure Out Her Mystery Patient's Identity

The bandages have finally come off of Liz's (Rebecca Herbst) mystery patient-who is currently being referred to as "Jake". And though even he has no idea he is Jason Morgan (Billy Miller), and he was forced to undergo a facial reconstruction surgery, Liz may become suspicious of his true identity when she realizes he bears somewhat of a resemblance to Jason.

"You recognize me or something?" he asks her in a preview clip for the Tuesday, October 14 episode.

Silas Tries Making Things Up To Sam

Even if Liz shrugs off the feelings she has that make her think of Jason, she will soon be shocked to learn that her mystery patient is her deceased friend-and the father of her dead son. Dante has fingerprinted "Jake" to see if he could find his identity-and as it turns out, his prints do turn up to have a match.

'Bingo," Dante says to Anna (Finola Hughes) in the clip as he goes to see just who this mystery guy is.

And while Jason may have to explain not only why he doesn't know who he is, but how he came back to life, another Port Charles resident won't be able to hide when her secrets are all exposed.

Nina (Michelle Stafford) faked the severity of her condition after waking up from her coma so she could effectively destroy all those who had hurt her before she was put into that state-including her mother, Madeline (Donna Mills), her husband, Silas (Michael Easton), Silas' one-time mistress, Ava (Maura West), and Silas and Ava's daughter, Kiki (Kristen Aldersen). However, after Silas caught her walking and out of her wheelchair, he became suspicious. And after his conversation with Nina's physical therapist revealed she had not only never needed a wheelchair, but had admitted to not even liking her husband anymore, he will realize that she has been scheming in some way-and will confront her about it.

"How do you explain what you did?" Silas screams at her in the clip.

General Hospital airs Monday-Friday at 3 p.m. on ABC.
