Movie star Channing Tatum has opened up on his life as a husband and father, revealing that he and his baby girl, Everly, are currently sharing a similar trait as well as something she is definitely not enjoying.

On Tuesday, Redbook Magazine posted an interview with the Magic Mike actor who was asked if his one-year-old daughter is more like her daddy or more like her mommy, Jenna Dewan-Tatum.

"She has moments of both, but right now I'd say she's like me," the actor admitted. "I can't sit still and pretty much run into everything at full speed."

Tatum also dished on how it works when it comes to changing Everly's diaper, which is something that she seems to hate more than her parents do. Tatum then explained that he and his wife sometimes have dance battles at home.

"When we wake up in the morning we put on music, and while Everly's eating, we dance and it just starts to get stupid," the Foxcatcher star shared."Changing the baby is an intermission- but our daughter hates getting her diaper changed, so it's almost like a break-dancing battle to get it on her. As soon as you lay her down, she's bridging out of it and doing some juijitsu windmill. It's pretty intense."

According to the interview, Tatum and his wife didn't start dating until after they finished filming Step Up together,which the actor explained that they were pretty much together during the movie.

"It's interesting now because we can watch it and see; we can go, 'Oh, wow, that was actually our first real kiss,'" Tatum said. "As soon as the movie wrapped, we went back to L.A. And were together, and together ever since- never broken up. That's nine years..."
