Goodman is currently on retrial for a DUI manslaughter case that left 23-year-old Scott Wilson dead in Pellington, Fla.

While Goodman was found guilty in the initial trial, he now has a retrial. Goodman was going well above the speed limit when his car rammed into Wilson's, sending him into a nearby canal in which the prosecuting team say they believe he drowned.

Even though both vehicles are vital aspects of the high profile trial, ABC News has reported that jurors will not be able to see them. The site reported Sunday that the Palm Bach Attorney's office ordered that both Goodman's Bentley (worth $200,000) and Wilson's Hyundai to be released after Goodman's conviction.

Still, jurors are not privy to the fact that this is the second trial for Goodman. So they were told the Bentley was examined and then released.

A legal analysis for ABC News revealed that this might be good news for Goodman.

"His car was a crucial piece of evidence in the first case. This is a much better case for the defense this time around."

While officials say that Goodman seemed to be under the influence with difficulty speaking clearly and watered eyes, his legal team says he was not drunk when he was driving, but had a drink after the accident to keep from panicking.

If Goodman is convicted once again, he could get 16 years behind bars.
