Last week Jimmy Kimmel visited Nashville in honor of the CMA Awards, and on his show Wednesday night the late-night host talked about what it was like to stay with country stars Tim McGraw and Faith Hill.

Kimmel referred to the couple as "Beyonce and Jay Z of country music" following the CMA Awards Wednesday night on ABC's Jimmy Kimmel Live. He then explained to the audience how he'd stayed with the McGraws at their farm and showed a six-minute video of the experience (featured below).

"We're really excited to be here," Kimmel declared upon showing up, presumably unannounced, at their front door. After forcing a rather awkward invitation to stay, McGraw and his wife gave Kimmel and his associates a tour of the kitchen, pond, donkeys and horses.

Later on when flipping through a scrapbook, Kimmel told the pair that he wanted to stay forever, go through their closest, and shower in the bathroom attached to their bedroom.

After her husband left to check the hot water, Hill feigned exhaustion and announced that she was going to bed, in spite of the fact that it was only 6:15 p.m. "Hang out," she told Kimmel, "Stay up late… leave."

Later on McGraw and Hill tried to escape their home through a window. "Let's go," McGraw whispered in a hurry, only for the pair to turn around and find Kimmel waiting. They pretended their escape was a fire drill before going back inside.

Unable to sleep, Kimmel held hands with McGraw back to his Justin Bieber-clad bedroom, where he asked for a lullaby and kiss.

Hill sang and McGraw played guitar for the lullaby before leaving the late-night host to drift off.

The following morning, as Kimmel waited for the pair to serve breakfast in bed, the country couple hurried off the property in a moving van. As they drove off into the sunrise, the following words appeared on the screen: "Tim and Faith Never returned to their Nashville Farm."

The gag video and Kimmel's "stay" proved McGraw and Hill to be good sports about inviting a camera crew into their home, though it wasn't the first time they'd done so. For their duet Meanwhile Back At Mama's the music video was also filmed at their Nashville estate.
