In August and September the tech company struggled to keep up appearances when it came to security after the iCloud was hacked, which led to the theft of nude celebrity photos which were then posted publicly. Now it looks like Apple will be facing more trouble with a whole new security problem.

According to Adweek on Thursday, iPhone and Mac users in China whose devices have been infiltrated by WireLurker malware.

It is not believed at this time that no personal information has been stolen with the new breach, though the software is capable of it and Apple is taking the threat pretty seriously.

Ever since the nude photo scandal, Apple has been working to keep their reputation intact. There were already concerns about the upcoming iPhone 6 release.

The Wall Street Journal reported on Wednesday that the present opinion of Apple from consumers could hurt stock prices, as well as sales for the iPhone 6.

The release of personal material, including celebrity nude photos, shocked the nation back in August, when the images first hit the web. The hack exploited stars including Jennifer Lawrence, Jessie J., Kaley Cuoco-Sweeting, and Jenny McCarthy. Lawrence has been particularly vocal in voicing her opinion on the subject, claiming that the invasion of privacy should result in a change in the law.

The iPhone 6 is expected to come out on Sunday, Nov. 9.
