'Glee's Sam Doing Whatever It Takes To Get Kurt & Blaine Back Together In Final Season

Michele, who plays Rachel Berry on the series, tweeted out her disbelief at this being the final season of Glee on Sunday. The actress added black-and-white photos of herself with costars Chord Overstreet (who plays Sam), Amber Riley (Mercedes) and Kevin McHale (Artie) behind the scenes at a photoshoot for the final season.

She posted two photos on Sunday from the photoshoot, both of them featuring the four actors hugging each other closely.

'Glee' Showrunner Receiving 'Angry Tweets' About Kurt & Blaine Storyline For Final Season

Michele previously revealed some of the plot details surrounding Rachel and the others for the final season. The final episodes feature Rachel as the new teacher of the Glee Club.

"It very much reminds me of season one," she told Vulture, talking about Rachel now being in charge. "I really feel like we're going to go out with a very heartfelt final season. To get to come full circle and teach these new kids in the Glee Club is really nice. It's going to be a very hard month of February, saying good-bye."

She said that this final season has been "really lovely" to film, especially now that they are back in Ohio.

Glee is expected to return in early 2015 on Fox, though the network has not yet scheduled a specific air date.
