The Voice Tuesday night was whittled down once more, but this time to just 10 contestants, which of course led to grand Twitter reactions.

Jessie Pitts of Team Blake and Sugar Joans of Team Pharrell unfortunately did not land any of the perks that the other remaining 10 managed to land during last night's live elimination. They could have been saved by the public's vote, by the Instant Save or by gaining extra votes through landing their songs in the Top 10 on iTunes, but that didn't work out for either of them.

Therefore, Pitts and Joans were picked off and sent home. Pitts and Joans had potential to earn the Instant Save, but their performances last night of Gravity (Pitts) and I Wanna Dance with Somebody (Joans) fell flat to the audience against Team Gwen's Ryan Sill's rendition of More Than Words. All three performances can be seen below.

The girls each reacted graciously on Twitter after the reveals of their eliminations.

Joans' coach Pharrell Williams tweeted, "Love you ‪@SugarJoans. I guess it's time to make some amazing music together. ‪@NBCTheVoice" to which Joans responded with, "‪@Pharrell love you coach! Thank you for believing in me. This is just the beginning I know it."

Joans also got some love from former Season 7 contestant Mia Pfirrman, who went home last week. Pfirrman tweeted, "My best friend definitely made her MARK on this show. ‪@NBCTheVoice lost one of their BESTS. I'm still so proud. ‪@SugarJoans".

Pitts went emoji-happy when she tweeted her love for her coach Blake Shelton by calling him "uncle".

She also tweeted, "‪#wildcard here I come! I hope America doesn't forget to charge their phones this time" with a couple of emojis to truly show her emotions.

The remaining Top 10 are: Anita Antoinette, Matt McAndrew, Chris Jamison, Reagan James, Taylor John Williams, Craig Wayne Boyd, Damien, Luke Wade, DaNica Shirey and Sill. Sill tweeted his gratitude for remaining in the competition. "I love every single one of you!! I'm still in shock right now but I'm so thrilled you all are here with me through this whole journey" he gushed and ended the tweet with a cringe-y smiley face.

Sill added he'll be working harder for next Monday. He also said he was proud of Joans and Pitts since "we left it all out there tonight."

Then, a fan of McAndrew's tweeted, "It's not a surprise that ‪@MattMcAndrew was the first artist announced. He will definitely have a good night's sleep. ‪#McFANdrew," which further proves how much of a top contender he is.

Should Joans and Pitts have been eliminated? Weigh in!

Tune in Monday at 8 p.m. ET to see the remaining Top 10 continue their journey on The Voice on NBC.
