Sophie Turner took to Twitter on Monday, where she admitted to eating "gravy powder" daily.
The actress, who plays the role of Sansa Stark on HBO's Game Of Thrones, made the odd confession during Sentebale's #FeelNoShame Twitter campaign.
"I used to eat gravy powder on a daily basis and stash pots of it in my room. My mum never knew," Turner wrote on Monday.
According to the UK's Birmingham Mail, the #FeelNoShame campaign was started by the charity Sentebale, which Prince Harry co-founded in 2006 after a trip to Lesotho, South Africa, where 37,000 children are suffering from HIV.
"The campaign encourages people [to] admit their most embarrassing secrets on World AIDS Day in a bid to eradicate the shame and stigma felt by many in seeking help to tackle HIV," the site explained.
Last month, Turner, who is known for her love of social media, was the victim of a web misunderstanding. As E! News reported, congratulatory messages spilled into Turner after actor Benedict Cumberbatch announced his engagement to another Sophie, actress/director Sophie Hunter. On Twitter, Turner joked about the mix up with her fans.
Thanks to everyone who is congratulating me but its another Sophie who is marrying Benedict Cumberbatch. Nice one guys haha
