If there's one thing Tim McGraw's daughters know, it's football.

Tim McGraw Inducted Into Unusual Hall Of Fame

"I'm a football junkie," insisted the Meanwhile Back At Mama's singer when he spoke with Taste Of Country on Thursday. "And when football season is on I watch every game I can possibly watch."

Of course as a musician, McGraw is sometimes forced to forego games in favor of performances, shows, and other country music commitments.

"Now if I'm gonna watch anything about what happened in football that I missed, I'm certainly gonna have it on ESPN…" he added. "During football season, ESPN is on quite a bit."

Whether he's out touring or at home, McGraw keeps up with all the latest games. As a result, football has become something of a family commitment for his family, which includes wife and fellow country artist Faith Hill and their three daughters.

"[I watch] college, professional and even every Friday night high school game that we can when we're at home," continued the singer. "You know, our daughter's a cheerleader, Maggie, she's a cheerleader, so we try to make all the games. We rarely miss one, although I had to miss a few because I'm working."

Whether the star's daughters decide to make a go at cheerleading professionally, or decide to dedicate themselves to music as their parents did, McGraw and Hill only have one caveat: School. They would prefer their daughters all go through college before setting out to pursue their dreams.
