Miley Cyrus and Patrick Schwarzenegger were spotted smoking together.

It was only recently that reports surfaced through People that Schwarzenegger's mom is actually fine with his relationship with Cyrus.

The source said Maria Shriver trusts her children to make good choices. "If Patrick's happy, she's happy."

That might not be the case though since photos of the couple were taken while they've been in Miami Beach, Fla. as reported by the Daily Mail Online Thursday in which they're smoking suspicious looking cigarettes.

They were photographed on their hotel room's balcony puffing away the day after Cyrus' bizarre performance at the Art Basel show, where she was apparently smoking weed on stage since she said while on stage, "Usually I don't smoke weed and drink, well that's a lie ... usually I don't smoke weed and drink on show days, but I felt like it was fine in Miami," as reported by ABC News.

Could Cyrus be a bad influence on Schwarzenegger?

According to Hollywood Life after Cyrus' wild phallic symbol-filled 22nd birthday bash, a source close to Shriver said, "Maria is very, very worried about the influence Miley's having on Patrick. She fully believes that you become who you surround yourself with and she's always been so happy with the friends Patrick chooses, she never saw this coming."

Those apparent worries clearly aren't affecting Schwarzenegger's actions since he smoked in a public place with his girlfriend.
