Stephanie Moseley, a dancer and cast member of VH1’s scripted series Hit The Floor, was shot dead by her husband, rapper Earl Hayes, on Monday. He then killed himself.

According to news reports, residents in their Los Angeles apartment building heard several gun shots and screams early that morning. When police arrived at the scene, they found Moseley, 30, and Hayes, 34, dead.

"We are incredibly saddened to hear the news of the passing of Stephanie Moseley," VH1 said in a statement. "VH1 and the entire Hit The Floor family send our thoughts and condolences to her family and friends at this difficult time."

Hayes, who was part of Floyd Mayweather’s money team, reportedly accused his wife of cheating on him with famous entertainers, including Trey Songz.

On Monday night, Songz tweeted, “R.I.P babygirl. Once an angel on earth, now watching over us from Heaven. You'll b missed but never forgotten. Love.”

Several friends took to social media to remember the dancer, who worked with several famous stars throughout her career, including Britney Spears, Chris Brown, Rihanna, and Beyonce.

Moseley’s Hit The Floor co-star, Taylour Paige, shared several posts about her with melancholic captions.

“This is the worst day of my life. You have to tell people how you feel about them. You don't have time,” Paige wrote. “I would do anything to go back. I don't want to live without you here.”

Coldplay Paradise is playing right now, and I'' smiling because that's where you are.
