It looks like Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert would make some pretty great neighbors.

On Tuesday The Boot took a look that the most-sought after celebrities people want as neighbors. For the third year in a row Shelton and Lambert came in at no. 2 behind NBC's Jimmy Fallon, with Taylor Swift at no. 3 and True Detective's Matthew McConaughey at no. 4.

"Where I live in Oklahoma, I am just Miranda to the locals," Lambert had explained to The Boot in 2012. "And when I got to the feed store to buy stuff for my annals, they don't care that I sing for a living."

"I try to live a normal life as much as possible," added the Somethin' Bad singer. "Living away from the activity and making my home in Oklahoma is a plus. I have a quiet life there, and love spending time with my animals, family, and friends."

While these country artists may live a quiet life off-stage, the pair certainly know how to make an impact within the industry. Both earned multiple CMA nominations in November and Lambert is the only performer this year to be nominated at the Grammy Awards in all four country categories.

This week Shelton and Lambert spent a quiet Christmas at home, though they will return to their busy schedules in 2015. Lambert will begin her Certified Platinum tour on Jan. 15 as Shelton begins his own tour.
