Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt's daughter, Shiloh, not only asked to be called by the name John, she is now choosing to dress in manly clothing.
On Wednesday, Daily Mail shared photos of the family on a trip to Rome where fans can see that Shiloh is continuing to express herself through wearing boys clothing. The eight-year-old wore slim black pants, a dark blue sweater over a white collared shirt and carried a black backpack and wore black shoes. She also wore her hair short and swept to the side.
Last week, E! News reported that 8-year-old Shiloh Jolie-Pitt attended the Unbroken premiere dressed the same as her brothers. She wore a black suit, a black tie, a long gold necklace and had her hair slicked back. Her shoes were reportedly a pair by Louis Zamperini.
IB TImes reported that back in 2008, Oprah broke the new that their then 2-year-old daughter wanted to be called John when Pitt was on the show.
"She only wants to be called John. John or Peter. So it's a Peter Pan thing," he said.
In 2010, Jolie told Vanity Fair that Shiloh likes dressing up like a boy.
"Shiloh, we feel has Montenegro style. It's how people dress there. She likes tracksuits, she likes [regular] suits. So it's a suit with a tie and a jacket and slacks, or a tracksuit. She wants to be a boy. So we had to cut her hair. She likes to wear boys' everything. She thinks she's one of the brothers," she said.
