According to Lisa Vanderpump's latest Vanderpump Rules blog, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star believes Doute's issues with Madix stem deeper than her relationship with Tom Sandoval.

"I can see that Kristen really has an intense dislike for Ariana, but I don't think so much about just being Tom's new girlfriend," the SUR owner wrote. "I also feel it's about Ariana becoming front and center at SUR."

Doute and Sandoval dated for the first two seasons of Vanderpump Rules. However, their relationship wasn't always civil and ended with the revelation of Doute having slept with Sandoval's best friend, Jax Taylor. During the season 2 reunion, it was revealed that Doute had moved on from the relationship with James Kennedy, and Sandoval began dating Madix.

While the two pairs do their best to keep their distance when working at SUR, it was more difficult for them to stay separate during their recent cast trip to Miami. Still, Vanderpump said, they seemed to all have a great time.

"This episode truly made me laugh. It's so good for me to actually see them going away and just having fun and just being kids," Vanderpump explained. "That's why this group is so connected in the first place -- the fact that they've been together for years. And there really is a lot of great chemistry between them."
