In addition to making it all the way to the finals on the 19th season of ABC's Dancing With the Stars, Mark Ballas has also gotten into great shape.

'Dancing With the Stars' Pro Mark Ballas Not Able To Reveal If He's Returning For Season 20?

Ballas showed off his progress on Instagram Tuesday, with before and after photos of him at the start of season 19 and after the show had ended. He revealed that after season 18 in the spring he took three months off with no diet or exercise, and after just one season of dancing he has transformed his body pretty drastically.

'Dancing With the Stars' Pro Val Chmerkovskiy Named 'Most Competitive' Along With One Another Dancer

"These are my before and after pics of me and my progress during season 19 of #DWTS I took these pics on day one of rehearsal and the day after the final," he wrote in the caption on Instagram. "I lost 11lbs and tightened everything up from just dancing and eating semi-clean. I forget sometimes how great of a work out dancing is, if [you're] trying to change your body this year and love dance, go take some classes you'll be amazed at what dancing to music you love can do to change your body and life."

His torso is clearly more well defined with visible abs and a flat stomach.

Ballas performed with Duck Dynasty star Sadie Robertson during this fall's edition of Dancing With the Stars. The pairing came in second place, losing only to Alfonso Ribeiro and partner Witney Carson.

It remains to be seen if Ballas will be returning for season 20 this spring but if he wants to maintain (and even improve) his physique even further, he probably won't say no. Additionally, the dancer has been on a hot streak lately, making the finals the past two seasons.

Dancing With the Stars is set to return for season 20 on Monday, March 16 at 8 p.m. ET/PT on ABC.
