Keith Carlos walked away as the first male winner ever in the history of America's Next Top Model during Cycle 21 last month and now he is reflecting on his younger years and sharing some wise words.
The model, before taking part on the hit reality show, attended college and played football at Purdue University.
On Monday, he tweeted, "My College Football Days" along with a photo of himself in action.

He also played professional football, but due to injury needed to find a different path, which definitely seems to have worked out for him.
Earlier Monday, he revealed he hoped everyone was having "a Blessed and Productive Day!" He also mentioned starting off with a "healthy breakfast" would help in achieving that, which is definitely something he would know about since he used to be a serious athlete.

The model then shared on Tuesday, "You never know how strong you really are until being strong is your only option," which is something he is bound to be familiar with especially after abruptly changing his life path from playing football professionally to competing on America's Next Top Model and finally walking away as the winner.
