Kristen Doute finally got her wish on Monday night's Vanderpump Rules.

'Vanderpump Rules' Star Kristen Doute Dishes On 'Scratching The Surface'

After months of Tom Sandoval acting as if his and Doute's relationship meant nothing, he broke down on camera, revealing he once thought they'd spend the rest of their lives together. After the episode aired, Doute revealed how she felt about his comments.

"It’s not that I enjoyed seeing Tom cry, but I was glad his hard shell had finally cracked," Doute explained in her blog on Monday. "As for most people, anger is the easiest emotion to portray. When I dated Tom, I didn't have a lot of self worth and was extremely insecure. I wanted validation from him that I wasn't the only one who had a hard time with our breakup. Clearly Tom and I had both been drinking and allowed ourselves to be vulnerable during that conversation."

Also on the Vanderpump Rules episode, Doute made her feelings for Ariana Madix, Sandoval's new girlfriend, clear. As Scheana Marie celebrated her bachelor/bachelorette weekend in Miami, Doute dissed Madix every chance she got. However, according to Doute, she wasn't the only one being catty.

"I won't deny the occasional (and admittedly immature) dirty look or side comment towards Ariana, but we both played it the same way. She says Jax would sleep with "anything" as an attempt to insult me, but yet she’s dating my ex?"
