The drama surrounding Forrester Creations has all been romantic, but the focus could now be back on how the company will be run on The Bold and the Beautiful.

Ridge Tries Convincing Caroline They Belong Together

Caroline (Linsey Godfrey) has officially decided to stop fighting for her marriage to Rick (Jacob Young), and is secretly moving on with Ridge (Thorsten Kaye)-something that made him happier because he secretly hoped she would be with him all along. Now that the tension from the romance debacles is mostly cleared between them all, Ridge will now focus his attention on making sure Rick doesn't get to keep his CEO position under the false pretenses he used to earn irrevocable control.

The battle between the brothers to see who could wind up as the new ruler of the company will heat up once again-and neither one will be caught backing down from the fight.

Rick Assures Maya Of His Feelings For Her

"It's gonna be a cold day in hell when I take order from you," Ridge says to his younger brother in a preview clip for the Friday, Jan. 16 episode.

But even though the principal players in the love triangle saga may be turning their attentions elsewhere, other members of the Forrester staff will continue focusing on what has happened-and Maya (Karla Mosley) will continue to find herself forced to defend the relationship she has with Rick now, after Carter (Lawrence St. Victor) keeps trying to warn her that her new beau's love may not be completely genuine.

"Rick love me. We are in love," Maya says in the clip. "He moved mountains so that we could be together, how much more proof do you need?"

The Bold and the Beautiful airs Monday-Friday at 1:30 p.m. on CBS.
