Country singer LeAnn Rimes announced that she checked into rehab for "anxiety and stress" but according to a new report, the country singer's stress stems from her fears that her husband Eddie Cibrian is cheating on her.

Rimes, who just turned 30 on Tuesday, Aug.28, has become worried that when Cibriani is not with her, he is having extra marital affairs.

"LeAnn called a friend of hers a few weeks ago sobbing hysterically about Eddie going out," a source told Radar Online.

"She was home for the weekend and he didn't stay in with her and she was crying saying that she was so worried about what he was doing when he wasn't with her."

Rimes met Cibrian, 39, on the set of "Northern Lights" when they were married to other people. An affair ensued, between the country singer and actor and they both filed from divorce from their spouses so they can be together.

Rimes filed for divorce in July, 2009, from Dean Sheremet and Cibriani filed a month later from reality star Brandi Glanville in August, 2009, after eight years of marriage.

Cibrian is an actor who has appeared on the big and small screen. Of his many televison roles he is most known for his roles on the 1990s "Sunset Beach", "CSI: Miami" and NBC's "The Playboy Club" in 2011.

Rimes announced on Thursday, Aug. 30, that she checked into a rehabilitation facility one day prior. She has released multiple country music and pop albums and is the youngest recipient of the Grammy award. She won the music industry's highest honor at the age of 14.
