The two agents will disappear into thin air in the 15th episode, but this time they won't be trapped in an explosive sub. Instead, Sam (LL Cool J) and Callen (Chris O'Donnell) will be kidnapped as they investigate a NSA agent that appears to have gone off the grid.

When Deeks (Eric Christian Olsen) and Kensi (Daniela Ruah) strike out to find their teammates, they come up empty-handed. Eventually, Hetty's (Linda Hunt) crew will start to wonder if the entire situation was a terrorist set up.

"Forest for the Trees" will even include a set of imposters - one will be played by Jaylen Moore while the other will be portrayed by Ayman Samman.

"It's gonna be an electrically fun episode!!" director Diana Valentine tweeted during filming.

The Gill Grant penned episode will air on Feb. 9. In the meantime, Callen and Sam will head to Mexico find the source of an anthrax terror threat in "Black Wind."
