Kate Middleton is probably the last person people would expect to be touched up for magazine covers.

Why Kate Middleton Might Be Expecting A Girl This Time Around

The natural beauty possesses a ton of charisma and has always looked good in front of the camera, even days after giving birth to her first son.

Apparently editors over at the Australia magazine Woman's Day don't seem to agree. In fact, they touched up Princess Kate for their cover this month to such an extent that the princess hardly looked like a real person at all.

The magazine is now under fire for the changes they made to a photograph of Princess Kate outside Kensington Leisure Centre when she was in London on Jan. 19.

Those responsible for the touch ups tried to brighten Kate's teeth, redden her lipstick, and even add a shine to her visible earing. The publication also darkened her famously luxurious hair and lightened her eyes to such an extent that her face appeared cartoonish, comparable even to a plastic doll.

The cover story had originally been titled "Kate's Baby Countdown", though now it seems that the cover itself has become a story all its own.

Prince William and Princess Kate have not commented on the image at this time. This week they will vacation with their one-year-old son, George, and the Middleton family in the Carribean.

Kate is expected to give birth to her second child in April.
