Following reports that the victim who died at the scene of Bruce Jenner's car crash had no driver's license, it's revealed that another person who was involved had a suspended license as well.

Evidence Proves Bruce Jenner Did Try To Stop Before Colliding Into The Car In Front Of Him

On Wednesday, The Los Angeles Times reported that one of the people involved was 29-year-old Jennifer Steindorff and she was operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license at the time of the accident.

"That is a misdemeanor," Detective Richard Curry of the LA Sheriff's Department said. "We haven't acted yet because it is an ongoing investigation."

The Victim From Bruce Jenner's Car Accident Had No Driver's License, Vehicular Manslaughter Is A Possibility

DMV records reportedly show that Steindorff's license was suspended in 2013 when she was cited for failure to show proof of ownership and failed to show up in court.

Curry said that the woman told investigator that she was stopped because the traffic was backed up at a traffic light further up the road.

Suspicion of texting and driving has led to the confiscation of cellphones which Jenner allegedly volunteered when suspicion was raised. A photo that was taken by paparazzi at the time of the crash confirms that  he was holding a cigarette, not a cellphone, which is a mute point because smoking and driving is not illegal.

Steindorff is the driver of the Toyota Prius that reportedly set off the deadly chain-reaction crash that killed 69-year-old Kim Howe. Steindorff was in front of a row of behicles on Pacific Coast Highway when she stopped and was then rear-ended by Howe in her Lexus. Howe was then rear-ended by Jenner's Escalade which sent her into oncoming traffic where she was struck and killed by a Hummer.
