He hasn't made many popular decisions since taking over as CEO of Forrester, but Rick (Jacob Young) could make his most unpopular and shocking decision about the company yet on The Bold and the Beautiful.

Rick Makes An Unexpected Proposal To Quinn

Rick has had a specific vendetta against Ivy (Ashleigh Brewer) ever since she confronted him about his relationship with Maya (Karla Mosley) when it was still a secret, and has made it no secret that he's trying to make her life as Forrester's jewelry designer a living hell. Now, despite the fact that her predecessor, Quinn (Rena Sofer) was let go because of her crazy acts which saw her nearly murdering Liam (Scott Clifton), Rick has asked her back to the company. And when he announces his choice, the rest of Forrester's staff will voice some major objections.

However, Rick won't be willing to hear out what anyone else has to say about his choice.

Ivy Confronts Rick & Maya About Their Actions

"I brought Quinn back. End of story," he says in a preview clip for the Monday, March 30 episode.

Not only will the rest of the staff oppose the decision, but Ivy will feel specifically threatened by the decision worried that it's the next step to getting her kicked out of the company. As a result, she will go to Liam to warn him of the latest action taken against her.

"Quinn is working back at Forrester," she says in the clip.

And though Liam will naturally be unsettled by the news, he will try to keep Ivy calm by assuring her that even though he didn't get Steffy's (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) help and shares, he still intends to take over the company-and urges Ivy to hang on just a little bit longer.

"It's going to take time, but I'm determined to get Rick out of there," he says.

The Bold and the Beautiful airs Monday-Friday at 1:30 p.m. on CBS.
