Details are unraveling about the murder of Juliana Redding.

Redding was an aspiring actress and model who posed for Maxim magazine but was murdered in 2008.

The 21-year-old was strangled over a bad business deal by an alleged debt collector known as "James Bond."

Court documents reveal the failed business deal took place between Redding and her father and an ex-boyfriend.

Redding's ex-boyfriend Munir Uwaydah, a businessman and physician from Lebanon, supposedly "dispatched" one of his employees to take care of the problem caused when her father backed out of a pharmaceutical deal.

The hired "muscle" turned out to be Uwaydah's financial assistant and real estate broker, Kelly Soo Park. The woman was called "James Bond" by Uwaydah as she dealt with the businessman's "debt" collection by confronting those who owe him money or questioned his legitimacy using intimidation tactics.

According to the Los Angeles Times, Park was hired for the task of threatening Redding and her father, but not to use lethal force.

Park was arrested after authorities supposedly found forensic evidence that the hired woman was involved at the scene of the crime.

A motion filed by the prosecution in the case stated: "[Park] has committed other distinctive acts of misconduct against similar victims under similar circumstances which exhibit common features of threats, intimidation and bullying for the purpose of assisting Dr. Uwaydah's business interests."

On October 24, Park will begin pretrial for the murder of Redding as she has pleaded not guilty, according to ABC. She's been seen at court with her fiancé Thomas Chronister, a retired Police Commander in Oxnard, Calif.

As well as gracing the pages of Maxim, Redding had a small role in the 2005 film "Kathy T."
