Kim Richards has been banned from the Beverly Hills Hotel.

Kim Richards In Rehab For Mental Issues -- Not Addiction

Following her drunken arrest on April 16, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star is no longer able to visit the popular hotel, which she revealed to Dr. Phil was a favorite of her deceased mother.

"[Richards] has been blacklisted from the swanky Hollywood joint since her drunken arrest there in April," Rumorfix reported on Friday. "The troubled star pleaded not guilty to criminal charges stemming from the incident on Thursday, and according to official courthouse paperwork, a Los Angeles Superior Court judge barred her from returning to the scene of the crime."

During her April appearance on The Dr. Phil Show, Richards came clean about her relapse, and said she had also drank before driving to the Beverly Hills Hotel. Speaking to the talk show host, Richards claimed she went to the hotel after she began to feel tipsy while driving. She also told him the venue was a safe place for her, as her mother frequented the Polo Lounge prior to her death.

Rumorfix also reported Richards has allegedly not be in contact with her younger sister, Kyle, since her drunken visit to Mexico for daughter Brooke Brinson's wedding.

As fans of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills saw during season five, the Richards' sisters' relationship became increasingly strained as the series played out, and by the time the two were reunited at the reunion, after months of estrangement, their relationship had hit an all-time low.
