While Bollywood star Ranbir Kapoor is receiving polite words from his ex, it appears that Katrina Kaif may not have the greatest relationship with her former lover.

On Saturday, India.com announced that Salman Khan, who used to date Kaif, just turned down an opportunity to star alongside Kaif in an advertisement. It wasn't mentioned why, but odds are that could've been too uncomfortable especially with the media dying to know what would've gone down behind the scenes.

While Kaif and Khan may not be on the best terms, it seems that things are going okay between Kapoor and his ex-girlfriend Deepika Padukone. In a report from BizAsia, Padukone made it clear that there is no bad blood with Kapoor no matter how many times she's asked about him.

"I have been asked umpteen times what my relationship status is with Ranbir now," the actress said. "Honestly, I find this question absolutely redundant, especially as it's been so many years since we've both moved on in our lives. Ranbir will always be a very important part of my life! We may not be in touch every single day, but he is somebody whose opinion really matters a lot to me."

There have been constant rumors about Kaif and Kapoor saying that they might be ready to tie the knot someday. As of now, that doesn't seem to be the case, but perhaps, plans might change in the future.
