USA debuted its newest drama series Complications on June 18 with a special two-hour premiere.

The show comes from the creator, Matt Nix, of the network's former popular series Burn Notice and focuses on ER Dr. John Ellison (Jason O'Mara) who is still dealing with the death of his daughter and now the sudden emotions brought on by his vigilante actions when he interferes in a drive-by shooting, saving a young boy's life.

John becomes completely wrapped up in keeping the young boy, whose name is Antoine (Jaiden Byrd), alive no matter what so his journey involves him compromising his morals frequently. He will often find himself doing the wrong thing for all the right reasons.

One gang is on a mission to end the boy's life, but the gang that is looking out for the boy is now also kind of looking out for John since he's taking care of him.

Lauren Stamile, who portrays John's supervisor at the Samaritan Emergency Department, Dr. Bridget O'Neill, recently shared some insight on what's to come on the drama.

In the video below, Stamile shared, "I think the biggest challenge Bridget faces at work is playing the heavy."

She revealed that her character would notice John going through "a sort of general unraveling and overall carelessness," which will alarm her.

Throughout the interview, clips are shown of what's coming up in the series, which includes Bridget breaking up a gang fight in ER and therefore winding up injured, but John will help her out as well as John lying to her about what's going on with his wild behavior especially when he started a fight with one gang's members in the waiting area of the ER.

Plus, in an upcoming episode gang members who look to be associated with the young boy that John is protecting will go to the ER and complain about "headaches, stomach pain, that kind of thing" and then ask for him while Bridget is on duty.

"She is looking out for John," Stamile explained of her character's actions, while adding, "Bridget does not have the whole truth of what is going on so she's just reacting to the information that she has."

The third episode airs Thursday, June 25, but it could be watched online along with the first two episodes right now.

Complications airs on Thursday nights at 9 p.m. ET on USA.
