It looks like the beef between singers and reality stars Tamar Braxton and K. Michelle is over but many are wondering if their union on the BET Awards was really genuine or just for the cameras.

One of the most highly anticipated moments of this year’s award show was Braxton and K. Michelle coming together for a special performance. After all, the ladies have been feuding for years on social media. But their first time meeting in person was this weekend, and some fans have questioned if the ladies performance with Patti LaBelle was put on with the show.

K. Michelle kicked off the performance and left the stage before Braxton entered and performed "If I Don't Have You". After the song she then told fans that she is all about “forgiveness” and publicly apologized to K. Michelle for the part she played in their issues with each other. K. Michelle then hit the stage again and performed before Braxton introduced the legendary Patti LaBelle.

The three ladies then belted out "If Only You Knew".

In the end, K. Michelle and Braxton hugged as K. Michelle told her “I love you babe.”

It was nice to see them share the stage together, but some questioned whether it was just for the show. For starters, the ladies didn’t put anything on social media with each other before or after the performance such as pictures of them smiling backstage. On top of that, while Braxton said she was sorry for her actions, K. Michelle has yet to apologize (at least publicly anyway). Still, it could just be a slow reconciliation for the ladies.
